The ACC provides everything needed for kittens to travel and there is no cost on your end. Please note that Boston and Pittsburgh have to be final destinations for travel.

I’ll be leaving st Thomas to head to providence RI airport October 10th. It’s about an hour away from Boston if that could work for the Boston kitties

Arlo is the first Husky/Husky mix we have ever had at the ACC. He had a lot of trust issues when he first arrived. Sadly you could tell he never really experienced proper care from a young age. His love of other dogs helped in his transition at the shelter, but he still had some hurdles to overcome.

In the last few weeks we have really seen his personality start to come out. Going on walks with staff to volunteers was a big step forward for him. He is only about a year old and still needs some vet care but we feel confident he will be ready for a home in the near future. He still has some trust issues but in the right environment he has so much potential.

For more information on Arlo please email us at info@stjacc.org or PM our page.

Interested in volunteering to walk dogs we could use the help every day. Its not only great for staff but benefits all the dogs we have. Please reach out to us for volunteer opportunities with our ACC dogs.

What a pretty boy!!!

Beautiful pup but what’s a “husky/husky mix’? Isn’t that just a husky? 🤔

Arlo, you're a beautiful young man and your loving spirit toward other dogs will win someone's heart. Continue working on your trust issues and you'll soon have your fur-ever family welcome you into their lives. Best of luck, Arlo.

What a beautiful dog!

Anyone who takes him home is so lucky! We adopted our sweet Riley a week before Covid shutdown and he literally saved our sanity! He is the funniest, sweetest and smartest dog we have ever had!! I sure hope he finds a great home!!

Such a great Siberian Huskie Dog! The breed needs an active owner who can commit to exercising this great dog. I hope the dog finds a forever home.

I really hope he gets a forever home....

How could anyone mistreat an animal. He's a beautiful dog.

Come to Michigan and play in the snow with our beasts! How many pounds is he? We will take you to Houghton and you can be a real Michigan Technological University Husky!

After a long summer with lots of cats and kittens coming in our supply room is almost empty! We still have a full house of kittens with more coming in and we could really use some donations to keep us going. Items such as dry kitten chow, canned kitten food, regular canned cat food, soft sided airline carriers, eye ointment, and many other items that are vital to our day to day operations.

It is very quite on island right now with it being off season and donations are down. We appreciate the continued support and any donation is greatly appericated.
